I used prismnet for 2 years. Dedicated 64k with an 8IP subnet was
$85/month. (even cheaper with a service contract) I have yet to find
anything cheaper that offers anything close to reasonable service. I
do not know what their 128K dedicated service is like, but I think it
is closer in price to the other ISPs.

Service was great, but I should warn you that at the time I was
using them, they were not on the AMAP, so access to UT could be
sluggish at times. I hope they have better local connectivity now.

Also, keep in mind that ISDN hardware costs are high. I payed $600
or so for a pipeline 75 several years ago. Yes, there are cheaper
boxes available and yes you can get used boxes for around $300 now,
but it is something to think about. I would recommend you go with
ISDN only if you cannot get ADSL. (ADSL is cheaper with
much better bandwidth)

And, if you cannot get ADSL you might be able to get SDSL. For the
$85 (ISDN ISP fee) + $70 (SWB line fee + taxes and hidden fees) you
would be paying for a 64K ISDN line, you could save $25 and be paying
jump.net $130/month for a 200K SDSL line. (that price includes the
ISP and line charge and the same 8IP subnet)

  Hope that helps.
