I've managed to successfully install Roadrunner on my rh 6.0 box
along with ip masq and co. Unfortunately, it seems like I'll only
enjoy nice bandwidth for a pretty short amount of time (typically about
an hour or so, sometime more, sometimes less). After that, everything
starts bogging down. The real surprise is that if I kill the dhcpcd
and start a new one, performance goes back to "good" for a while
and then drops again. Anyway, although rh 6.0 ships pump, it doesn't
seem to correctly work with Roadrunner, so I built and installed
dhcpcd 1.3.17 Unfortunately, I think that dhcpcd isn't renewing my
ip address and that's what's causing my performance problems.
Has anyone else seen this? I scanned the mailing list archives but
didn't find much. Any ideas?
