The Beginning Linux Programming book by Wrox isn't bad.  I haven't
read it in depth but it looked OK and IIRC it hit most of the topics you
mentioned.  Further, if I recall correctly it got a pretty decent review
in LJ/LM (can't recall which one, I think it was LM).  So if you want
printed docs it wouldn't be a bad choice.  But as always your mileage may
vary so read it some at B&N or desertbooks before you buy it at
desertbooks... ;)
