I'm a first time installer (RedHat 6.0) and I'm having a lot of trouble
configuring X with the Diamond Viper v770. I've read up on XF86Config and
have tried modifying it on and off for a week now, but X will not start up
with a greater than 320x200 (i think) resolution. Xconfigurator and
xf86config will not work either.
If you've had any success in running X with this card in the past, please
get back to me.
