One question I've never seen answered is how much better off SCSI
burners are on a system under load. When you've got big drives spewing
tens of megs across the buses from swapping, compiling, and working, SCSI
shouldn't have the slightest problem (although your hard disk could become
a problem). How easy/common is it to monopolize the IDE bus and starve the
burner?
