Hi everyone....For those of you who deleted or forgot my last post, here's 
a brief synopsis of the problem:
I have accelx on my system, and I recently installed windowmaker.  When i 
go to 'startx', I get
wmaker: can't load library libXext.so.4
and then back to the command prompt.  So, I run ldconfig -v, and sure 
enough, all of the required libraries are listed.
However, when I type:
ldd /full/path/to/wmaker
Most of the libraries are reported in their proper location, however 
libXext.so.4 and two others are reported not found.
So, I reinstalled accelx, then reinstalled the libraries, then reinstalled 
windowmaker, and wouldn't ya know it, same problem.
So, this time, when i did the 'make windowmaker' command, I directed the 
output to a file.  When I went through and looked at this file, I saw a few 
warnings, "Warning: libc.so.6 which is needed by libXext.so.4, may conflict 
with libc.so.5"
This warning was reported for each of the 3 missing libraries.  So, I'm 
SURE this has SOMETHING to do with my problem.  So, from what I gather, 
windowmaker is being compiled with libc6 and the libraries are being 
compiled with libc5....I could be wrong though, someone please correct me 
if I am.  I am far from experienced when it comes to linking problems of 
this sort.  So, I guess my question, besides the obvious "how do i get the 
damned thing working?" is how do I make these libraries compile with libc6?
