ftp.replay.com wasn't working for me, so after a little digging I thought
I would share the results of my search for a mirror site:
ftp://ftp.zedz.net/pub/replay seems to be running.

ftp://ftp.zedz.net/pub/replay/linux/redhat/i386/ has redhat intel rpms.
