An update:
Now I seem to be in the most peculiar state. kwm seems to have died, but
the panel has not. The only things which work on the panel are the K menu,
and the Windowlist menu. None of the other icons produce any result.
Although I can start the same apps from an xterm without a problem.
Actually, it appears that kwm is still running. Anyone have any idea why
kwm would "lose its place" when running on an alternate display?
