Bigslack runs off of the UMSDOS filesystem,  During boot, the rc.d
scripts will execute umssync, which will resynchronize your filesystem
since it was changed during your use of Windows 98.  This might have
changed the permission of the directory.  I don't think it is of any big
concern, however.
