Just as a tip, you will probably want to include a *LOT* more information than this when asking for help on the list. BTW, both my roommate and I have XFree 4.0 running on our machines. Our machines are not pure RedHat 6.2 (in other words, many packages have been updated...) You should not have a problem with XFree 4.0 (unless the drivers don't work, you installed it incorrectly, etc...this is why we might need some more info...) I had a problem with compiling 4.0 when I tried it, so I went to the binaries, installed those, and everything worked fine. I had to change some syntactical things in the XF86Config file though...otherwise no problems.
