I've tried a couple of different things in order to get onto Telysis through Linux and the most promising came from a recent post of a dailup script:
expect "name:"
send "[myifaccount]"
expect "word:"
send "[mypassword]"
expect ">"
send "ppp negotiate"
expect "~--"
Everything appeared to work perfect from the Kppp log up to the last expect "~--". At that part of the dial-up log there was a long string of characters. I guess the "~--" sequence of characters never came up so the log on timed out. I'm guessing if I fix this part of the script then all will should go well. I just have no idea where to start since these characters make little sense to me. Any clues?
