Locutus is/has been in the process of being replaced. However, we've run into numerous
hardware failures in the replacement parts(which were bought at first saturday by the
ACM pres.) He got new "good" hardware for machito(locutus' replacement) however the
CPU is bad and is being replaced, hopefully weel have a replacement working soon.
