Could be a way to lure people to use more bandwidth since they've
been considering charging "heavy users" who use more than some set
quota of bandwidth per billing cycle..

If so it might be worse to serve on port 80 if say someone gets an
idea of pounding your apache with requests to jack your bill up..
We can all say ARGG real loud now.. or maybe the earthlink deal
that was made during the AOL/Timewarner deal will be a way to get
around these new quotas.
