The day after that article was written, Peter Greg said that article was false. They might be offering tier services to home users in the future (they offer tier services to business now). Those that use less bandwidth could pay less than they do now. Those that want a bigger pipe would be able to get it. There billing system would need to be updated first. There is a [EMAIL PROTECTED] list where this was discussed.
