I've been discussing with the guys on #sigrok, and we noticed some inconsistency in the license statements between various parts of your website, and source file headers in the tar-ball. If you're willing to relicense, I think the best way would be for you to make a release that just modifies the file headers to explicitly state the license as GPLv3 - and update the website to reflect the change.
