As I know from work, the Windows software from Fluke transfers images
and screen captures with a higher baud rate (I think 38k with the 199B).
So there has to be a command to switch the baud rate after
initialization.

I don't know if there is a way to access the raw scope data values. The
Fluke software mainly does "screen shots".
