Just a quick follow-up, PulseView in git HEAD now has markers (as many as you want) that can mark specific points in the data and can be moved around horizontally. It also shows the distance/time (and frequency calculated from that) between the two cursors (hotkey 'c'). Does that cover your use-cases and/or do you have additional suggestions for extending the UI?
