usb_power_delivery is the merge of usb_pd_bmc and usb_pd_packet.
The USB Power Delivery
usb_pd_vbus_voltage and usb_pd_vbus_current were a trial to get more usef
information from the Twinkie dongle below displayed in Pulseview, but I
will try to complete a cleaner / better implementation instead.
