Hi,

Thank you ! It was a nice experience, a bit like detective work, I enjoyed it.

I just tested again from the master and everything works fine. I had a bit old
version of sigrok-cli that had problems with the —continuous command line
option but updating it solved the problem.

I know. It isn’t a typo, it took le a while to figure out since even the
DVM4100 states that the Hz/% button has to be used. Furthermore, unlike the
Peaktech 3415 or the similar V&A, there is no indication how to activate the
RS-232 on the front face.
I’m more and more convinced that a lot of devices are actually using the
DTM0660. I’d be happy to see the inside of the V&A VA40B
<http://sigrok.org/wiki/V&A_VA40B> for example. Interestingly enough, the
manual shows the inner of the device with a PCB different from mine ! The one
pictured on the manual shows a FS9721_LP3
<http://sigrok.org/wiki/Multimeter_ICs#Fortune_Semiconductor_FS9721_LP3>
(different package that the DTM0660
<http://sigrok.org/wiki/Multimeter_ICs#Dream_Tech_International_DTM0660>).
That would maybe be a good reason tho fuse the two parsers to create one able
to handle 14 and 15 byte packets. To be continued.
All the best,
Matthieu
