No, sorry. Bindings other than the C++ bindings are completely untested on Windows so far, and are also not part of our cross-build setup, yet. Neither has anybody tested a native build with MSYS2 yet (which has some TODOs still for just *building* all projects without any bindings currently). Bindings are very much work in progress on Windows so far, sorry. I might have a look soonish, maybe it's not too much hassle to get it all to work, but I'm not overly optimistic; might need quite some effort.
