Done for the P3330 multimeter.  Started for the P2170 LCR meter
(still needs some more minor content updates).

Can somebody maybe help with markup and image manipulation where
appropriate?  Thanks!

To whom it may concern:  The list is sorted by chipset first and
then model name (developer's perspective, useful for maintenance).
