That's a separate project / repository / tarball and is not related to PulseView. I don't know which scripts or packages you use, but you need the firmware files for use with USBee AX, yes. We have a script named 'sigrok-native-macosx' in the sigrok-util repo which builds everything from source for you on Mac OS X (assumes Homebrew and all dependecies are available), that one also installs the firmware files. Maybe your script doesn't include that step. We'll have a binary app/DMG in the future to give all Mac users a more convenient way to install and use PulseView or sigrok-cli.
