None of the developers is earning any money with this, on the opposite they are investing a lot of time, and also money for buying equipment to test. If the Wiki is not up to date, or missing information, it is the responsibility of the community as a whole - i.e. developers *and* users - of the respective devices to keep the information up to date. If something is not working as expected, you should file a bug report. You write your first message to this list, just full of demands. Maybe you should put your frustration aside and ask questions in a respectful and friendly tone. Although your preference for communication is email, IRC is the preference of the majority of the Sigrok developers and users. On IRC you will typically get an answer within minutes. E-mail may take several days, as less persons are reading the lists.
