OK, it is working now with the nightly build and I can live with that for
now.

It is not necessary to use the Python serial bluepy module. You can connect
directly just with sigrok-cli.
Example:

$ ./sigrok-cli-NIGHTLY-x86_64.AppImage -d
eevblog-121gw:conn=bt/ble122/88-6B-0F-81-E1-1F --continuous
main: 25.6 °C
sub: 26.6 °C
main: 25.4 °C
sub: 26.6 °C
