The Ed Department's briefing on the President's FY 09 budget is this afternoon. However, I've been online looking at the budget and this is what I see so far: 619 is cut from $377 M to $374 M Part C is cut from $445 to $436 M But the SPDG proposed funding is $48 M !! (up from $23 M FY 2008 ) The rest of Part D is level funded.
