I checked the path while it was running and it returned everything i setup, as for running the command java -cp c:\sikuli\sikuli-script.jar org.python.util.jython c:\hudsontest.sikuli\hudsontest.py I get an import problem when i run it through the command line of the system(expected) and through the hudson interface i get the unsatisfiedlinkerror again. I also specified the home of sikuli (SIKULI_HOME) in hudson, to the location, but it didn't do anything different.
