Adam Sweeney posted a new comment: Apparently we had to do this: For making the service interactive, to use desktop and clipboard, etc. In Administrative Tools-> Services, right click the Apache Tomcat 6 service that corresponds to Hudson -> Properties. Go to the “Log On” tab, and there’s a checkbox you need to enable “Allow service to interact with desktop”. Restart the service after you have enabled this.
