yka18 gave more information on the question:
we are using window XP to run all the tests,
under the "Task" tag,
there is "Start in:" and I have "C:\Program Files\Sikuli X"
then in "Run:" i have "C:\Program Files\Sikuli X\Sikuli-IDE.bat -r
c:\Sukuliscripts\aaa.sikuli"
