No idea, did not try this yet.

But if you do not really need Java 7, then uninstall it.

If you need it, use Sikuli-IDE.bat to start the Sikuli IDE and take care
inside the bat, that the system path assures, that java.exe from JRE6 is
used. There are some other environment variables like %JAVA_HOME%, that
might help.

But how to select between different java versions on running a jvm is
not really a Sikuli question: google should help ;-)
