Lance Archer confirmed that the question is solved:
Alright. The path inside the .bat file did point toJRE6 (if defined
PROGRAMFILES(X86) set
JAVA_EXE="%PROGRAMFILES(X86)%\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe) but for some
reason it still didn't work. I ended up uninstalling JRE 7 and its
updates and the screen capture now works. Can't wait to start using
this program. Thanks for the help! :)
