Already looked at the java docs? http://sikuli.org/doc/java-x/
the methods mouseXXX belong to the Region class and so can be used with
the Screen object.
Screen scr = new Screen();
scr.mouseMove(scr.getCenter());
should move the mouse to the center of the screen.
