New question #225806 on Sikuli:
https://answers.launchpad.net/sikuli/+question/225806

I'm trying to figure out why sometimes Sikuli will fail on an image when using
something like wait(image.png)?

I have a script that waits for an image and the image has not changed not at
all not even at the pixel or color level yet sikuli says nope that doesn't
match what I have.

i will open up the image in Sikuli pattern settings and then look at the real
image in the program side by side and they literally look the same, no weird
shadows, no dotted lines or outlines or anything yet Sikuli still says it
doesn't match.

if i delete it and take another screen grab which ends up looking exactly the
same as it did before then it works.

what gives? is there something I am doing wrong or missing here?

gives me a little less in confidence with pattern recognition if now I have to
worry about this happening.

This isn't common but in the 6 months i have been using Sikuli, this is the 3rd
time this has happened.
