You are doing nothing else with your while, but put the "break" into the loop head. Using inline break and continue makes your code more readable and debuggable, since it is always clear, where you leave the loop under which condition before it is ended normally. Other languages have more powerful break and continue, since they allow to specify the target loop head in nested loops.
