Obviously you have problems accessing the download pages needed in your
network (blocked somehow for programmatic download).
So follow the advices on the nightly build page after this:
So you only would need to manually download anything using the below links, if
you have problems with setup's inline download.
In this case you have to download the needed files according to the below
information and run setup (so called offline setup)
