You should upgrade to 1.1.0 (http://sikulix.com).
Does not need any pointers to anything in the environment.
The reference to sikulixapi.jar on Java class path is sufficient.
With your jar outside Eclipse just use
java -cp <path-to>/sikulixapi.jar your-app.jar
