RaiMan requested more information: So if you say " but for some reason the cursor moves to the left top edge of the screen." then you mean the virtual screen inside the VM (since I understand, that the script is running inside the VM) and not the physical screen, the VM window is located? Since the snippet you gave is a function: before this is called, does other mouse actions before work or is this the first mouse action in the workflow? Have you run any test before, where you simply verified, that a script with just a click works in the VM? What VM package do you use? What system is running inside the VM?
