Boris gave more information on the question: a bit more information on this matter i think this one might be due to the application i am testing (writing tests). Because for some reason in some cases the application is behaving oddly and reacting to keyboard keys while i am in sikuli or explorer or wherever (not in the application itself), which should not be happening. I shall try some of your ideas on the next version.
