This would probably be a temporary solution the more I think about it...
But when Sikuli uses the screenshot tool, it should save ALL images that
it takes screenshots of into a folder in the Sikuli Folder, not the
project folder that a user is working in currently. Then the command
for the default path of those images if no path is specified would need
to be theoretically changed to ".../SikuliX/Images/". This way, when
Save As is used to overwrite an existing project, it will be able to
function as before since the images are being called from a completely
different path and are not being written by default to the project
folder path.
