The URL itself surely is not the problem.
... but I suppose, you are running the script in some different
environment/setup, than at time of development (system, browser, ...).
Check for differences about how the images are rendered (pixel level).
If I am right, then you have to either recapture (one set for each
different environment) or take care for same environment/setup.
