this worked for me:
ac = SCREEN.bottomRight.offset(-20, -20)
click(ac)
wait(2)
hover("someImage.png")
wait(3)
where "someImage.png" is an image visible in the action center and taken
using the screenshot hotkey.
The area taken by the action center is useable like a normal region
visible on the screen.
