Thanks Joe. But unfortunately I haven't been working since I was 11! It seems you need to be 'proven' to get in. There's no opportunity to prove yourself from the inside. I totally understand why these filters exist, but when you think about, it doesn't really make sense. Many of the US's biggest internet companies were started by young, first-time entrepreneurs who dropped out of college. It's hard for a foreigner to replicate this.
