The most practical electrical accessory I've purchased in the last couple of years is a 100W GaN charger with two Type C outputs and one Type A. These things are still in their first-ish generation so they are relatively expensive and have odd restrictions (eg how much power goes where when multiple devices are connected). But not having to carry and fuss with multiple adapters to keep all my gadgets charged has made travelling with them just that little bit easier.
