I was wrong to reduce their full life to arrive at an assessment based on where they studied or how they earned money. I wonder how many enriching conversations and experiences that I could have had died a sudden death because of this. I fear that when I am asked this question, I am being evaluated or seen from the same narrow lens that I once adopted. That makes me choose deflection or choose to be a (hopefully) congenial smartass. Hari
