What's fusion cuisine for some is ugh and yuck for others. I too think some combinations are "ugh", and others think that some of the food combos I eat (vanilla ice cream with a dash of tabasco) are yuck. My suggestion is to eat and let eat!

Madhu, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Thai food some sort of Chinese / Indian fusion?

Absolutely. Have I told you about the disgusting combination you can
get from Delhi street vendors, "Chaawmeen aur sambher" or noodles with
sambhar. Ugh.
