So you claim. I disagree. Mumbai is just another overpopulated city with stressed out infrastructure and no funding. It would help if a large number of people were attracted to live somewhere else, where there was real development. It would also help if the courts were to stop granting stay orders for slum demolitions. At least the city does not have major problems with power, with potable water, with transport facilities. Stuff which the rest of the country appears to have problems achieving. Devdas Bhagat
