When the average Mumbaikar says "public transport", something as reliable in delivery as BEST is expected. A bus every 10 minutes or less (except on the really long distance routes, where bus frequency is ~ 1/20 minutes or so, but you really should be taking a train).
My wife uses them to get to the Tech Park. There's one every 15minutes on that route. She's happy with the service. -- b
