Abolutely! My point is that the ISPs/government cannot ever stop *all*
people from getting to the information that they need. In the past the
people that could get through was smaller. With the internet, a much
larger portion of the people will find ways to circumvent the
roadblocks. I think this might because Gilmore's Law is at work on the
internet.
