that case was so interesting. 
it was another example that legislators and the police generally have 
little knowledge of existing laws - 
the other thing i have seen the polic do, is frequently raid brothels, and 
lock up the prostitutes, yet prostitution is 
supposedly legal in india (AFAIK, soliciting and 'seduction' are illegal 
.....)
