Of course, I agree with the grand parent post's observations. 
Affordable
programming talent with even a modicum of a work ethic is very scarce 
in
India at the moment.

  All said and done, I get a lot more out of my two-and-a-half people 
in the UK than out of a very large number in Chennai. I'd rather hire 
one good German programmer than hire 30 bad programmers at 1/30 the 
cost each.

So, in this context, does "affordable" mean 45 lakh INR or 2 lakh INR 
PA?
