I am not opposed to legal action in any way.... I just think its not
feasible, given
that the guy can be operating from any small town in india.
What i do find odd (and interesting) is that a guy on 10 bucks a day, and
probably
of no great intellectual capacity (when compared to the people working for
google....),
can expose something so obviously wrong... which leads me to believe that
the bigger
problem is with the smugness of the search and indexing mechanism rather
than the
guy who is exploiting it.
